735: Curt Stechert’s 1971 Jeepster Commando
1971 Jeepster Commando factory half cab. My Father and I tore this down and built it back up in about 9 months to go to the Jeepster Anniversary event in Moab in 2022. It has the original 225 V6 with fuel injection, HEI, and headers. Dana 44 rear and 27 front diffs. SM465 trans and Dana 20 t-case with twin stick conversion. 31×10.5-15 tires with 4″ soa lift. Custom built front bumper with Warn 8274 winch. Custom built rear bumper/tire carrier. It shares garage space with a 1951 CJ-3A and a 1960 Willys Wagon.
