TurboChef, a division of Middleby Corporation specializing in ventless rapid-cook ovens, is using LeanDNA to improve production visibility and manage inventory shortages. LeanDNA’s cloud-based platform offers real-time data and analytics to streamline workflows across TurboChef’s facilities and suppliers, according to a press release.
