There’s a food truck on a New Jersey pier offering cool treats just in time for summer.
The truck, called Amanda Bananas, offers health-focused treats as an alternative to the typical summer offerings of ice cream and milkshakes, according to a Fox News report.
The truck is owned and run by Steven DiPasquale and his wife Amanda and can be found on Pier 13 in Hoboken.
« We started Amanda Bananas on July 4, 2012, day one of Pier 13, with the fireworks on the Hudson, as a side business for the both of us, » Steven DiPasquale told the news outlet.
Amanda Bananas offers items from 100% fruit which are nut-free, dairy-free and gluten-free.
