An African food truck has made a home in Lexington, Kentucky, in a parking lot off Leestown Road.
The Miss Milolo Cuisine will be serving its fare Wednesdays through Saturdays, according to a Spectrum News 1 report.
It’s owned and operated by Sandra Diba, who was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and who moved to the U.S. at the age of 14.
« We were refugees, and that’s how we came to America, with my family in 2008 for better opportunities, » Diba told the news outlet.
