Simone’s Kitchen ATL, a food truck that serves seafood and comfort food in Birmingham, Alabama, is set to open its first restaurant in May. Owner Whitney Simone plans to name the restaurant Simone’s Kitchen & Cocktails, according to a report by Bham Now.
The food truck serves items such as Cajun pasta, wings, loaded buffalo chicken fries, strawberry salmon salad and seafood stuffed grilled cheese.
