Shawn Stockard Sr., owner of a food truck called Stockards Cajun Shack & More in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, was indicted for drug distribution and weapons. He was arrested on Feb. 2 for allegedly possessing multiple drugs including hydrocodone, oxycodone HCL and clonazepam, according to a report by the Southeast Missourian.
Authorities also indicted Stockard for possessing firearms and transporting them across state lines. He has a prior history of drug convictions, as in 2019 he pled guilty to 2019 to a Class D felony drug possession case.
Federal state attorney Tim Willis said that Stockard was both a flight risk and a « threat to the community. » Stockard is currently being detained prior to his trial.
