The Orange County Food Truck Yard recently opened in Orange County, Texas. Marcy Taylor, owner, said she plans to have a wide variety of food choices at the yard, according to a report by Beaumont Enterprise.
« We have the capacity to include more food trucks and we will in time, » Taylor said in the report.
The yard will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with extended hours on Saturday, with Ruby’s Street food truck serving breakfast.
