I purchased my 1946 Willys CJ-2A in 2019 from the widow of an older gentleman who passed away. He had began the restoration, but health problems kept him from finishing. It was a box of parts when I got it, and I put new floors in it and fixed everything except keeping the exterior patina. Now a member of Southern Ontario Flatfender Association, I wheel it, drive it, and cruise it. It’s not show and shine ready, but it gets used for what it was made for, and I love it. I’ll keep it forever and pass it down to my newborn son when my time is up.
