PizzaPazza, a food truck in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has opened a brick-and-mortar location. The restaurant offers 10-inch wood fired Neapolitan pizzas with toppings such as pepperoni, sausage, veggies and peppers, according to a report by MLive.com.
Owner Jeff Condit first opened the food truck during COVID-19.
« I never understood trucks that do things like macaroni and cheese or sandwiches, » Condit said in the report. « I can make a better sandwich at home. But what I can’t do (at home) is make wood-fired pizza. »
