The Big Cheesy food truck has opened its first restaurant in Baton Rouge near Louisianna State University. The location will feature a variety of toasted cheesy sandwiches and will eventually sell alcohol, according to a report by The Advocate.
« We have really built our business around LSU and we can’t wait to thank all of our customers with a location open regularly, » Blaize Romancik, owner of The Big Cheesy, said in the report.
The location will have 12 to 15 employees.
