I got a quote from my dealer today for a lease of iX xDrive 50, and I’m not sure if I’m getting a good deal. Could someone let me know what they see? I’m doing 36 months for 10k miles. My zip code is 95138. I have excellent credit (> 800) but no loyalty.
The MF quoted is 0.00225, and they also add $2,148 to the cap, and according to them, it’s « a lease protection plan for $1,999 (designed to protect you at the end of the lease) against paint chips, tires and minor damage and $149 phantom footprint. » Is this something I can say no to?
They also have the $925 acquisition fee into the cap cost, and $930 in the « license fee » going into the drive-off. I’m not quite sure what the license fee here is?
