Bradley Cooper is the new editor of Food Truck Operator and will cover the industry in depth.
As we have entered 2024, the food truck business continues to advance, as markets across the U.S. either create food truck parks or tackle regulatory issues to make it easier, or at times more challenging for food trucks to operate. Food Truck Operator will continue to cover this industry in detail this year, with me, Bradley Cooper as the new editor at the helm.
I am also the editor of ATM Marketplace and will cover both of these industries in my role.
I have always found food trucks to be an excellent addition to spaces, especially bars and breweries that may not have a dedicated kitchen on site. I also appreciate how food trucks can deliver diverse cuisines to people who may be unfamiliar with it.
In addition to trying out new food trucks and restaurants, I also enjoy reading, running and trying out new local breweries.
As editor of Food Truck Operator, I will be covering the food truck market from a variety of angles including:
- Regulatory concerns.
- Safety issues.
- Innovative trucks.
- Strategies for successful food truck parks.
- Customer experience strategies.
- Fleets versus independent operators.
- How to successfully start a food truck.
- Are trucks a threat to restaurants?
I will also be writing highlights on interesting food trucks through our Food Truck Spotlight Series. If you currently operate a food truck, you can submit it for consideration for this series by clicking here.
If you have a story idea you would like to share, please click here to contact us. You can also add me as a contact on LinkedIn.
I look forward to what the food truck industry has to bring to the table in 2024.
